Join us for our project launch event Wed 7 January 7pm – 8:15pm (online & in person)
We’ve super excited to invite you to our project launch online or in person at EDVA, Kirkintilloch (whatever best suits!).
As part of our project we’re looking to put in offer for Lenzie Public Hall using our newly set up Community Benefit Society (Lenzie Community Hall Limted) and by way of a Community Asset Transfer.

The event will include guest speakers from both Development Trust Association Scotland’s Democratic Finance Team & Community Ownership Support Service to explain:
- why we’ve set up a Community Benefit Society for carrying out this project
- why we’re proposing to put in an offer for the hall via a Community Asset Transfer
- how each of these work.
The event is a fantastic chance to hear our plans and get involved and be part of something special from the very start.
